ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with the Pete Ackerson State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and manage insurance billing inquiries, payments, and account updates.
- Assist customers with billing questions, payment options, and policy-related administrative needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in agency systems.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer correspondence.
- Assist with policy paperwork, document processing, and general office administration.
- Follow up on outstanding billing items and assist with account reconciliation.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Support the agency team with daily office operations and additional administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation: $42,000.00 per year
